Sitting on your arse and doing nothing is one of the best takeaways from my new book. I was reading a study that looked at does that coping behavior of feeling boredom and then picking up your phone? Does that actually help us? And in terms of happiness, levels of sadness, all that, it actually makes us worse. So find some moments where it's just like you and you're doing nothing.
