I did a one-rep max on my body weight for the bench press Which was pretty cool. I got a pr But also just having the encouragement of him and then some other folks around there, you know, um, that were watching and stuff Um And so yeah, it's just nice to achieve a goal that you have in your head and be like, wow. I really can do that, you know,. So that's really fun. Since then i've done i’ve I did  a one- rep max onMy body weight forthe bench press which was pretty cool; That is amazing. Yeah, it's a big milestone. It's just just so fun
