The Cost of Making a Mistake

The amount of time we spend on people picking up data out of one Excel file and moving it to another file is probably way underestimated in your organization. I think when we're dealing farther upstream now, the severity of a mistake is much more severe compared to something in Excel. And we can't be willing to make these oopsies. Oh no, your quota is actually completely wrong this month. Sorry, guy. We're learning new technology and I'm just learning this medallion approach.
