Dr. Sam Gluck is a friend of Tommy's and we did F1 together in Jersey. Since then he has done ACCS Anesthetics, went to Australia for a year’s sabbatical. He now lives there with his wife and two children who have dual citizenship. And yeah, it's pretty good - although the distance to family can be frustrating.
