Zoom Meetings - Isn't It Malpractice?

Bhut: Why isn't it malpractice for someone to call a zoom meeting and talk at other le in real time? Bhut: It's like watching some one type a book. If you've got something to say to your team, record it. Let them watch it sped up or slowed down. We have wasted this chunk of time forcing things that should happen a synchronously into real time just because it's convenient. The beauty of a zomkal is not that it gives one person a chance to talk for a long time, ecause they have power. But as soon as we turn it into a lever for command and control, we've wasted all of it.
