Rent arrears in some property, in some cases, are huge. If if public landlords can't retain the money then how are they going to be able to sustain their stock? It's a curious one, that extension of the right by to am register social providers. I think yare limiting housing stock even further without ans on building, i think is problematic. Potentially plenty of issues for us to dig into as the series progresses.
