How to Avoid Stress Before Bed

If you're going to drink, basically you want to go to bed sober. The way to work around this is to day drink. Don't do something intense or stressful before bed because that will prevent you from being able to relax. If it gets dark, dim the lights so your body thinks it's still daytime. You don't want to be doing anything stressful like booking a plane and having a difficult conversation.
