iOS is maturing but there are still plenty of super basic system apps. There's still no continuity support on Apple music so like unlike Spotify Connect you can't just play music on one device and resume it on another. Like the camera you have this pro system on the higher end iPhones but like you don't really have baked and professional photography mode. The other thing is that they just kind of do changes for the sake of changes.
