Deliberate Practice
The third point I wanted to make is kind of made up of a few different parts. Lastly, it's about deliberate practice. This is something that Anders Ericsson popularized or studied. It was the way in which people who become very good at something do so. And deliberate practice is when you're constantly trying to do things you're not quite able to do and push yourself on the very edge of what you're capable of.
