Is There a Risk to Having a Drinking Culture?

i think the point around alcohol and drinking culture is really well madend, and something i've actually been thinking about a lot. As someone who's organized a lot of work happy hours and in after hours drinkingand in my twenties, i'm thinking now, like, how do i aa promote comradery and getting to know each other and spending time together that's not all around alcohol? I don't want to ruin the fun for everybody. And also, it's a company event, there's kind of an expectation, i'm supposed to be there theys can suck it up right?"
