The Fed Can Cut Rates This Year
Janet Peterson, CIO of Plurimi Wealth: We think there are no rate cuts for this year. She says we'll probably start seeing consideration of rate cuts maybe in the second quarter of next year. But she adds that it may be more difficult for the Fed to maintain its 2% target. Patrick Armstrong, CIO at Plurimi Wealth; he was short credit Suisse and is now short Canadian banks.
