When you procrastinite against something, you're shielding from some sort of negative response. Next good step can be surmised by examining why you haven't taken the necessary step to reach the goal or do the thing, or have the outcome. Excellent seeking is like burning the candle at both ends; failure avoiding is buffering from the bad.
