All training zone systems are basically based off the same three points of our physiology. L t one is just the first accumulation above what is considered typically arresting blood lactates. The second point, l t two, is more of our functional threshold. And commonly this gets referred to as lactate inflection point. It'll be really, really steady, sustained, maybe a little increased in blood lactate.
