I've Got a Job as a Consultant

In the late 1990s we have a massive overproduction of very clever generalist graduate students. It seems to me lots of those people gravitated towards consultancy as a job. I've actually taken the time to set up a whole Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose at UCL which is all about rethinking the state.
