Marcella: Can you imagine a poor Salvadoran refugee coming and getting help from the Mexican console that's really pretty amazing I don't think I've ever heard any other example like that. She says one of the endeavors here at the Mexican consulate is to build these bridges not just between Mexicans and Americans but with Mexican Americans as well.
