How to Navigate Between the Golden Path and the Preferred Supported Path?

The platform does provide some sort of a paved supported path, which usually represents the Golden Path. But then again, you do, you know, ultimate freedom is also a problem. So how do you navigate between this freedom and the paved supported path? Well, I think that the easiest way to connect between both is going back to collecting data and making the right business case. You don't mandate the Golden Path, but first you say this is the path that I support,. That's one, and you can not use it; if you use that, you offload because I'm taking care of it for you.
