Is Super Compensation a Training Block?
Donna Brazile: Consistency is showing up every day, and in an ideal world, doing a lot of different things to make yourself better. Super compensation is the idea of training hard, giving your body time to recover, and then seeing the gains after that. And if you continue to do the same thing all the time, similar to trying to stay at the peak all the time,. doing the samething all the time is going to have that same plateau effect. So there's consistency in showing up, but there's also consistency in variability.
