What Is a Super Yacht Nanny?

Super yacht nanny Ella is based in Spain. She flies to the family's residence and then we fly privately to the yacht. I'm with them for the duration of their time on board. So what do I do? I take them jet skiing, I take them to all sorts of things. And obviously a yacht is a pretty dangerous situation.
