Network graphs are a way to look at the relationships between various entities. And what I did with the topic data was for every single category in Apple podcasts, I got a list of the most popular episodes in that category. In that sense, you can basically identify what are the trending topics. If the top episodes in every category are some representation of what's hot or what are people listening to?
