Utilitarian Ethics

Economics is based on utilitarianism, but there are problems with that. There are the famous om a trolley problem. If you don't pull the lever, you might be responsible, but you did not actually iam just giving it counterfactuar argument. But if we are deciding public policy, we should think out of the box for looking for a bettera solution for everybody.
