The Importance of DevSecOps in Software Development
The idea behind platform one was to bring all the key components to be able to adopt DevSecOps for a DOD program. Each value stream is managed by a government person regardless of rank, it was based on the skill of the person and the expertise. And so we had E7s running stuff that today will be managed by GS15s. The ability to have organic growth through funding coming from the programs was essential.
