The Role of Unprocessed Red Meat in Colorectal Cancer

Unprocessed red meat can be associated with increased risk or worse outcomes for colorectal cancer. If an individual is okay with an absolute risk increase of you know 10 percent which is really quite high that's associated with fairly high doses of unprocessed Red Meat. You'd have to be eating red meat basically every day whereas if somebody wants to do everything they possibly can to reduce their absolute risk let's say get it down to less than five percent then yes you would need to minimize your unprocessedred meat intake maybe eat a steak only once a month or less than that.
