We have a few key indicators that tell us that obviously if you're not your basic performance of tasks, we give everybody a chance to succeed. If they're not selfless, when they become selfish, we quickly realize that they may not be the right fit for us. When they step outside, when they're doing things that are best for them and which best for the logo, we step outside. So it's not like you're one mistake and you're out the door. We over index. But I think another thing that's great is that we will find you a role outside of these employees, if we mutually decide that it's time to part ways.
