Quantitative Easing Doesn't Lower Interest Rates, Right?

Quantitative easing didn't even lower interest rates, that's a controversial statement. There is no correlation whatsoever between Fed buying Treasuries and yields on the 10 year Treasury yield. Most of these studies try to claim that the effect from quantitative easing isn't in lowering interest rates, it's actually lowering term premiums. So it doesn't matter what study you look at.
