Andi found a place of centredness and quiet. It felt like all the questions which i had been trying to figure out rationally wer answered if i just listened to the wisdom that was coming from being mindful. So, sotat, the notion of mindfulness is basically this intention to be really present with what's happening, moment to moment. I think there's lots of benefits just for your own mental health. But also in couples particularly, it's its amazingly helpful.
