The Death of Iron Mike Malloy
Pasqua spared no expense in his deceit. According to his bill, there was a funeral procession consisting of three cars at $25 each to take Malloy to his $60 grave. There were floral arrangements and wreaths as well as the $15 suit in which Malloy was buried. By the time Pasqua had finished adding his many extravagances, the bill had reached a hefty $460. He stood to make a $341 profit or $7,400 today. On Friday, February 24, the day after he was certified dead, Iron Mike Malloy was finally buried in Ferncliffe Cemetery in Greenberg, New York.
