Stadia made every single mistake in the book. It's just a misunderstanding of what your natural strengths and weaknesses are. And additionally, they didn't have very many exclusives to begin with. I think it's more evidence of the weakness of their negotiating position that their partners were like, no, dude, like Microsoft has enough clout that I'll agree to a game pass deal, but not you.
