Every night a couple hours before bed I shut off the internet. And I just write and I leave it off until I've been awake for a few hours. So all of my crucial work in life is done offline everything is completely self-contained online computer and offline so I can work offline because I do most of the time. My advice to other people is to go log into your account generate a long random string as a password like 32 character long jumble of strings, then change your password to that long jumbled string and then log out delete all cookies  and don't save that string.
