Can You Tell Someone What You're Doing?

I like to think i helped just by going like just, you know, like ten years ago, this is what was happening to me. You can't really just tell someone what you do, because then they're not understand the contexts of why. So maybe, but, like, no one ever filled out a report card and told me if i actually helped. But having having dealt with that myself, it's, it's very much a personal thing that i mentioned. It really, like, i'd panic attacks, and i don't know what happened. And i've noticed that that men in like, mid thirties or so, i've seen this. Maybe this is li
