In an ideal world, I say my background is selling. So I always believed in myself that I've the ability to build a business. However, getting customers is the most important thing. Get dad and brother to run operations. You do the marketing and grow the business. One of you needs to be in charge. Someone that is assigned as the decision maker otherwise you end up having wars with family businesses. Happens all the time.
