How to Eat an Oreo

MIT scientists twist apart more than 1,000 Oreos and searched for the perfect method. Crystal Owens a PhD candidate in MIT's mechanical engineering department led a group of researchers on a quest to figure out if there was a trick to getting the cream to glom on to both halves. "I've always been annoyed that I have to twist them apart and then push cream from one side to the other" says crystal Owens.
