Should I Take a Nap in the Middle of My Day?
There's a normal physiological response to actually get tired post lunch. If somebody is, is getting their bottm body out of rhythm, and their like, taking a two hour nap in the middle of the day does that throw things out of wack for people? You don't necessarily need to nap that out. Anything tha's going to show up on laps as far as like, quarters, all curves and things like that.
