Vichy is a real estate investment trust that owns the Las Vegas strip. The company has raised its dividend every year at an average growth rate of around 9%. I don't expect that growth rate forever, but certainly over the next two to three years, I can see that's thickened. My second one will be close at the home, so it's an Irish-owned company CRH. We know them as Roadstone over here in Ireland. They're a much bigger company than I first gave them credit for. There's plenty of room for growth there.
