How to Build a JavaScript Environment on a Compiled Language

The limit for V8 is the language itself. The Asintax abstract tree, how they interpret the variable, how functions is being executed. It's a bunch of things, right? But it's hard. We actually have one which is key or micro task, but it's so specific that I don't mention much. So as far as I know, I don't know, like everything because I'm still learning a lot.
