Mike Kuchins: I think there is a level of innovation in this nouns model that is worth noting. He says it's novel to focus on capital allocation and then the next step of coordination is maybe capital allocation. The hard complicated work where maybe some more structures required or one person's best at it than others can be decided upon and push the edges, he says.
