The Impact of High Turnover of GP Practices
Researchers have found that high turnover of GPs within practices is linked to worse services and outcomes for patients. University of Manchester study finds proportion of practices with persistent high turnover has more than doubled in a decade from 2007 to 2019. Practice located in more deprived areas are more likely to be affected by this, says GP Insight's Nick Boulden.
