The Pros and Cons of Selling a Property
There is a clear pattern that the cheaper properties are the ones that have taken up more of my time. The mistake I made was not switching my strategy when I could. So it's okay to go for the cheaper properties, but just remember that you need to switch your strategy at some point. But yes, Rob, they definitely do take up more of his time. And particularly as they are aging now, some of them have owned for over 10 years, they are starting to cause problems or challenges more frequently.
