Sometimes a lot of learning happens through user testing. And do you have a story of something really crazy or super awkward that happened? Yes. So I was working with a colleague actually, this is when I was doing some stuff at eBay. You're always aware that there are people watching through cameras or through that two way mirror. But your users, you know, effectively the participants you're working with, you don't want them to feel as relaxed as possible.
