"There was this prediction of this great resignation that was going to happen. And I actually think it's even been worse or better, which I don't know how you, which term depending on which side of the thing you're on," he says. "I am seeing a lot of that because we joked when I'm hearing some representation of, hey, I'm looking for something that is less work, easier, more pay."
