If someone's got pain that their, the validity of a strength test isn't there, you know, it's going to be inhibited by their pain. So we look for that pain. This is our weak and painful shoulder. And then our final category was the unstable shoulder. Well, normally most of these unstable shoulders will come in with a traumatic episode. But you do get the non-traumatic shoulders as well. These are the ones that have either got some congenital malformation or issue that allows this shoulder to be unstable from time to time.
