Sometimes we think things through in our heads and sometimes we get a bit caught up in what we're thinking. Sometimes just saying things out loud, speaking them through with someone else really opens things up. And it really makes the coach a lot more like a facilitator or your own ideas which is again, just the pinnacle of what people need to have. But yeah, it's sort of about widening those perspectives. It's really good.
