Carrie: Not spending more time getting to know co-founders they're no longer with the company today and it was a big mistake. I should have looked for like cultural fit people that you know would get along with me. So their fans would then say I want to be like Carrie how did she create this tab they'd click powered by Hayo and that would drive new customers. But yeah it was a mistake and I certainly learned from it and it kind of is what it is.
