Is There a Change in the Large Cap Market?

I send a short request to my broker every morning with the list of stocks looking to get some borrows that I don't have to pay for. And every day I add to this list and then the list becomes so friggin long that every couple of months I have to delete it. So many of the stocks that were 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, $20 are now down to the buck, 50 cents, 10 cents. Some of them are just known perma scams but there's so many blown up charts that I think there's going to be activity here in the part of the new year.
