I learned from some really good people in coffee, intelligentsia coffee. They pioneered direct trade coffee in the 90s and they helped me start this template for cocoa. And so that's what we did and then I just started traveling year after year after year to meet with these farmers. We've had 9,000 young people graduate from our after-school program around the village in Tanzania.
