The Product Architect's Job Is to Fix the Problem

The product architect is the keeper of the calendar for their product. They have to make sure that, you know, that at each point, the people that are supposed to be doing those things are in fact doing those things. "Things don't always go smoothly," he says. But when they do, it's up to the product architect to figure out how to adjust that.
