The way in which this conflict is being framed is very much sort of russia versus the west. I think fundamentally, the post rolled war two framework is one in which a threat or use of force against any other state is unlawful. And we have seen that flouted again. It's not the first time it's been flouted by russia. But at the moment, i think that the looming threat of potential nuclear escalation is really boxing us into places where it's very uncomfortable to be.
