Mister ickball and other moslim prisoners were caged in the shoe. That means that they lived in lock down, in isolation, for 23 hours a day. The remaining hour that they were permitted to be outside their cells, they were handcuffed and had leg irons on them. And mister ekball was also deprived of adequate food and subjected to such harsh treatment that he lost more than forty pounds over just a few months. A jailers routinely refused to let him and other moslem prisoners pray, saying that they em don't allow terrorists to pray.
