There's so many different breathing methods out there, and i think some peoplell struggle to know what sort of breathing should i do? I don't rally want toa sort of delve into that to day in this conversation. What i tried to do in the book was not to focus on these individual breathing techniques, but to focus on the larger story around it. How do they affect us? What are they where did they come from? Because it doesn't matter. You can call it by twelve different names. Slow breathing is slow breathing, and there's a very simple way of doing it. And again, it doesn't matter who invented this, or who claims to have invented this stuff...
