The Standing Question in the FDA Case

If Congress passes an explicit statute saying any citizen can come to court to sue, that's enough. If no legislature or substantive law authorizes you to come to court, you deserve to lose. The standing question is a pretty simple one in theory. But the justices today talk about standing in weird ways. They're just making stuff up. It's a kind of a snipe hunt.
