Is There a Parallel Track in Our Story?
There was a parallel track in our story almost. There's an organization founded in the middle 1930s called Spiritual Mobilization. By then his methods had been picked up by J Howard Pew, who was the president of Sonnawil in the 40s. And Kardik carried off to start other quasi-religious entities and magazines that spread free market thinking into American Christian theology. So Americans would hear the same thing they were hearing from Reagan in the 50s and G theater from the pulpits.
